Saint Joseph is looking for a Laborist provider to add to their pool for sporadic coverage in 2023!
Current Open dates:January 7-15 & February 3-12Schedule: the client will accept 12 or 24 hour shifts, but the need is for 24 hour coverage.NICU Level: Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (one of the few L3 in Northern Indiana)Back up at hospital - This is still unclear, because their current Laborist program is changing. The Laborists are the back up to the program.Facility can credential under a week if necessary!Additional information found in attached practice description*Please note Trinity Health does not pay for application fees or credentialing costs.*

Board Certified/ BE within 5 years of residency -
Required (Must be ABMS/AOA)IN license at the time of submission -
RequiredNRP, PALS -
RequiredNCC in Fetal Heart Monitoring -
RequiredLocal candidates within driving distance - Highly PreferredCompletely clean background/Malpractice - Highly PreferredMust have proof of COVID-19 vaccine -
