As the Senior Director, Data & Analytics, you will lead the current Global Data and Analytics practice across multiple geographies, driving the strategy, growth, and delivery of data-driven solutions for clients, leveraging cutting-edge analytics, data engineering, and data science technologies. As the Practice Leader, you will lead a team of data and analytics professionals, ensure client satisfaction, and manage the practice's revenue and profitability. You will have the opportunity to lead and shape a high-impact, rapidly growing Data and Analytics practice.ResponsibilitiesDefine global data and analytics vision, product, technical strategy, and framework. Develop and execute the overall strategy for the Data and Analytics services practice, aligning with company goals and market trendsSell and deliver complex and innovative Data and Analytics projects for our clients, ensuring high quality and timely deliveryLead and mentor a team of data scientists, analysts, engineers, and consultants. Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and professional growth within the practiceLead and manage multidisciplinary teams, with a focus on driving collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvementServe as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, guiding them on leveraging data and analytics to drive business outcomes. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through quality delivery and strong partnershipsIdentify opportunities to grow the practice, working closely with sales teams to build relationships with new and existing clients. Lead efforts to create innovative solutions that meet clients' data and analytics needsLead the expansion of the global data analytics practice through the recruitment and coaching of global talentEstablish and refine processes to improve operational efficiency, service delivery, and overall practice performance. Implement best practices, frameworks, and accelerators in data and analytics managementStay at the forefront of data and analytics advancements, incorporating emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, and cloud solutions into practice offeringsContribute to thought leadership initiatives, such as publishing articles and speaking at industry eventsCompetencies10+ years of experience in data and analytics services, with a proven track record in leading large-scale data-driven projects, managing cross functional teams, and delivering successful data transformation projectsProven leadership experience in data engineering, data analytics, or a related role, with a strong background in designing and implementing data solutionsPrior experience leading client data technical engagements across data engineering, data science, and analytics workstreamsStrong leadership and proactive communication to coordinate with the project teams and other internal stakeholdersExperience with delivering data solutions on major cloud platforms, data technologies, and business management/visualization softwareExperience leading and managing large multidisciplinary teams, with a focus on driving collaboration and continuous improvement. Proven ability to recruit, develop, and mentor geographically dispersed data and analytics teams - and win togetherStrategic mindset with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for leveraging data to drive business outcomesStrong business acumen, with experience in managing P&L, revenue growth, and client engagementsProven ability to be successful in an innovative, global organization, and to proactively enlist commitment from peers in delivering consulting solutionsBonus PointsMasters degree in Computer Science, Data Science or similar, and/or professional certifications or accreditations in Analytics, AI, or related fieldExperience that spans across consulting, agency, and client-side rolesWhy WillowTree?

*Individual compensation is based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons determined during the interview process. Role ranges are periodically reviewed and updated based on market changes, internal needs, and industry trends. To drive ongoing pay equity for team members, WillowTree conducts regular compensation audits.

$190,000-$246,000 USD
