Job DescriptionMayfair Animal Hospital is seeking a motivated, experienced, full-time Associate Veterinarian to join our growing team in quaint Wauwatosa, WI. Mayfair has an excellent reputation in the Wauwatosa community with a well-established client base that we love to serve!We value work-life balance, with a 36-hour work week and no weekendsOur veterinarians enjoy 120 hrs of PTO per year, 24 hrs and $3,000 of CE per year, health insurance coverage (including dental and vision), company-paid liability insurance and licenses, 401k with company match and paid parental leaveWe offer a competitive salary with guaranteed base and production with no negative accrualPower scheduling allows our dedicated wellness team to treat pet patients thoroughly and efficiently with help from our well-trained support staffOur veterinarians have access to multiple specialists within the network, ultrasound services 3-4 times a month and the ability to transfer critical cases directly to our ER vet on staffMayfair is fully equipped with all the bells and whistles to support you as you practice exemplary veterinary medicine, including a full in-house lab, imaging and Scribenote (an AI-based medical records tool) to make charting a breezeLastly, we provide plenty of career growth, mentorship and training opportunities.Wauwatosa is located four miles west of downtown Milwaukee with proximity to everything the region has to offer, from numerous cycling and walking trails and green ways to the 100+ shops, restaurants and salons of downtown (affectionately named "The Village of Wauwatosa").
