General job duties:Verify orders, supervise technicians, clinical support (renal dosing, therapeutic drug monitoring, anticoagulation monitoring, therapeutic interchange, preparing IV admixtures, compounding and dispensing)Equipment utilized in the unit/dept.:Meditech EMR system, Med carousel centralized storage, Pharmacy Keeper, PyxisES dispensing cabinetsRequired skills and minimum years of experience:familiar with Meditech computer system, minimum 2 yrs. experienceSpecific licensures and certification/registrations required. (ARRT, CRT, BLS, ACLS, etc.):BLS, RPh, State of Hawaii LicenseShift of schedule requirements:All Shifts maybe required (24/7), weekendsFloating to other units/departments:NOBed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept/:N/ANurse to patient ratio of this unit. (nursing only):N/ADress Code:Professional, white coat or scrubs OKUnit/department specific training and orientation program:3 full days of orientation
