A popular cafe and bakery is opening a new location and is seeking a Manager to oversee operations and staff. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the upkeep and smooth running of the bakery, handling both customer service and employee management.

Responsibilities Include:Oversee daily operations of the cafe and bakery - Mon-Thu: 8am-6pm, Sun: 10am-6pm. Fri: 8am-2pm.Manage and train staff, ensuring high levels of performance and customer service.Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area.Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.Manage inventory, ordering supplies as needed.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality service.Handle scheduling and ensure adequate staffing levels.Monitor financial performance and assist with budget management.Ideal Qualifications:

Proven experience in a managerial role in the food service industry.Strong customer service skills and ability to handle difficult situations.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Ability to manage and motivate a team.Good communication skills, both written and verbal.Knowledge of health and safety regulations.Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Salary: $75k - $100k/Year
