Job Summary:

As a Program Manager, you'll play a crucial role in transforming the lives of children and families. You'll work closely with our team to design, implement, and oversee programs that provide parents and caregivers with resources, support, and community connections. Responsibilities:

Program Oversight:

Oversee the activities of the Parent Advocacy Fellowship Program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to enhance program effectiveness.Monitor program outcomes and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.Recruitment and Outreach:

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to engage program participants.Conduct outreach efforts to attract parents and caregivers interested in advocacy and community involvement.Provide guidance to potential participants regarding program guidelines and expectations.Curriculum Administration:

Manage the program curriculum, ensuring it aligns with best practices and meets the needs of parents and families.Coordinate workshops, training sessions, and educational materials for program participants.Evaluate curriculum effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.Program Implementation:

Lead the implementation of program activities, including workshops, support groups, and community events.Collaborate with facilitators and contractors to ensure high-quality program delivery.Foster a supportive and inclusive environment for participants.Grant Compliance:

Maintain accurate records, track program expenses, and submit necessary reports. Participate in grant-related meetings and auditsParticipate in grant-related meetings and auditsRequirements

Bachelor's degree in social work, education, or a related field. Can be substituted for experienceExperience working with children, families, and community-based programs.Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.Passion for advocating on behalf of children and families.
