University Orthopedics is seeking a talented Spine Physical Therapist to join our diverse team of spine specialists at our state-of-the-art facility and surgery center in our East Providence office location. This position is for those excited to pursue a rewarding career path. It is a full-time position, 40 hours a week, Monday thru Friday.

Skills Needed:
Clinical experience or interest in spine rehabilitation/physical therapy
Commitment to clinical excellence with a strong desire to deepen and expand current knowledge and skills
Team-oriented professional who consistently maintains a positive and professional attitude towards patients and colleagues
Ability to work with an autonomy of practice
Evaluate patients of various ages with musculoskeletal dysfunction of spinal origin
Implements physical therapy interventions based on the plan of care
Electronically document examination, evaluation, diagnosis, prognosis, plan of care, interventions, outcomes, daily and discharge notes to ensure compliance with federal and insurance regulations
Provide timely and appropriate billing information for services provided
Supervises and regularly communicates with physical therapist assistants
Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
Education and Experience:
Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
Licensed or eligible for licensure as a physical therapist in the State of RI
Previous experience in outpatient orthopedics/musculoskeletal rehab preferred
Experience with spine rehabilitation (or eager to learn)
