Job Type: Full-time Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision 401(k) matching Paid time off Schedule: Monday to Friday Responsibilities: What You'll Do:Deliver Excellence: Ensure outstanding client experiences with excellent communication, timely updates, and comprehensive support.Organize and Manage: Keep documents and records organized and accessible for efficiency and security.Coordinate and Draft: Schedule appointments, draft correspondence, probate pleadings, and estate plans.Client Interaction: Meet with clients to obtain signatures and provide top-notch service.Handle Court Filings: File court documents, track deadlines, and ensure timely submissions.Initiative and Independence: Demonstrate initiative, complete tasks with minimal supervision, and track time accurately. Qualifications: Experience: Drafted at least 50 estate plans involving trusts and managed at least 25 formal administration probate cases.Preferred Tools: Familiarity with Wealth Docx and Westlaw/ProDocs drafting software is preferred but not required.Detail-Oriented: Thoughtful, extremely organized, and take pride in a job well done.Flexibility: Enjoy full-time work with the freedom to manage tasks efficiently and handle personal matters as needed. Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 yearly
