We're currently seeking a
Commercial Real Estate Paralegal with 3-8 years of experience . This opportunity is ideal for those experienced in commercial real estate paralegal work, including real estate closings, drafting affidavits, and effective communication with insurance companies. Working closely with attorneys, you'll draft affidavits, prepare for depositions, and collaborate with real estate professionals to ensure case success. Experience with commercial leases and loans is a plus!
Requirements:3-8 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate ParalegalProficiency in real estate closingsExcellent communication skillsKnowledge of commercial leases and loansAbility to collaborate closely with attorneysStrong organizational skillsDrafting affidavits and preparing for depositionsEffective communication with insurance companies and adjustersCollaboration with landlords, real estate brokers, and other professionalsMaintaining organization of court cases and related materialsAssisting attorneys with secretarial tasks and court case assistance
