Candidate RequirementsAmerican Society of Anesthesiologists Board CertifiedScholarly activity in the form of publications, presentations, or curriculum developmentPrior experience as a Program Director or Associate Director is preferredMinimum of 3 years Clinical Practice post-residency/fellowshipMinimum of 3 years as an active faculty member in an academic practiceEligibility for unrestricted PA and NY state licensurePossess strong administrative and team-building skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills

The hospital is the region's only Level I Trauma Center, accredited by the Pennsylvania Trauma Systems Foundation, and is served by Guthrie Air, a regional aeromedical helicopter program.
