Finance Manager $110K-$150KLHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an FP&A Manager for a leading company in the environmental industry, located in Argyle, Texas. This role is vital for strategic financial planning, involving cross-departmental collaboration, financial data analysis, and the preparation of reports to provide key insights for senior management's decision-making. For immediate consideration please apply to this posting!Responsibilities:Lead financial planning and analysis efforts across multiple projects, including investment and portfolio management.Develop and manage budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, providing variance analysis and explanations.Conduct cash flow forecasting and present insights to senior stakeholders.Review income statements and balance sheets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP standards.Oversee monthly revenue and expense reporting, ensuring financial accuracy and adherence to internal controls.Lead and manage financial projects such as cost analysis, ROI assessments, and client/customer growth analysis to guide business success.Partner with various departments, acting as a key financial advisor and business partner across functions.Create and maintain financial dashboards using large datasets, delivering key insights to executive leadership.Client Requirements:At least seven years of progressive FP&A experience.Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with data analytics tools (Power BI preferred).A CFA or CPA is a plus but not required.
