Salary Range: $25-$27 per hour
Provides skilled nursing care, tasks, and procedures under the direction and supervision of an RN, physician, or other authorized healthcare provider, including administration of medication, measuring and recording of vital signs.
Education/Training:
Graduate of an accredited LPN program. Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
Experience : One year of experience as LPN in a medical office or similar environment required.
Licensure, Registration or Certification : Current New York State Licensure as a Licensed Practical nurse and BLS from AHA.
