We are seeking a skilled and meticulous Electronic Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling printed circuit boards (PCBs) by hand, ensuring each board meets our high standards for quality and performance. This role requires exceptional attention to detail and dexterity. This assembly is done completely by hand.
Key Responsibilities:- Assemble printed circuit boards (PCBs) by hand, following detailed schematics and instructions.- Solder components onto PCBs accurately and efficiently.- Inspect assembled PCBs for quality and adherence to specifications.- Identify and correct any assembly errors or defects.- Maintain a clean and organized work area.- Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures.- Collaborate with the production team to meet production targets and deadlines.- Document assembly processes and maintain accurate records of completed work.- Assist in training new team members as needed.
Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification in electronics is a plus.- Minimum of 1 year of experience in hand assembly of printed circuit boards (PCBs).- Proficiency in soldering and using hand tools for PCB assembly.- Strong attention to detail and quality control.- Ability to read and interpret schematics and assembly instructions.- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.- Good organizational and time management skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Strong communication skills.Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $17.00 - $19.00
