Position Overview: We are seeking a Multi-site HR Manager with extensive experience in manufacturing environments to oversee HR operations across multiple locations both union and non-union. This role will be pivotal in driving HR initiatives, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, fostering employee relations, and supporting organizational goals at each site.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy of the company.Serve as a strategic partner to site leadership teams, providing guidance on HR matters including workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee development.Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations across all sites.Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations and recommending appropriate actions.Oversee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring competitive and equitable practices across sites.Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and succession planning.Collaborate with corporate HR teams to standardize policies, procedures, and best practices across all locations.Partner with site managers to address training and development needs, facilitating programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture across multiple manufacturing environments.Point of contact and Chief Negotiator for Collective Bargaining.
