Key Responsibilities:Lead Daily Operations : Manage the customer service team, ensuring smooth service delivery and adherence to operational procedures.Drive Team Success : Recruit, coach, and develop team members, fostering a positive, motivated environment.Enhance Customer Satisfaction : Handle escalated inquiries, implementing strategies to boost satisfaction and loyalty.Data-Driven Improvement : Analyze performance metrics, identify opportunities for process enhancements, and drive continuous improvement.Embrace Innovation : Leverage cutting-edge technology and industry trends to elevate service delivery.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field.Proven leadership in customer service or call center management.Strong communication, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.Expertise in customer service software and CRM systems.Manufacturing industry experience is a plus!
