We are searching for an amazing person ready to learn to be a shift leader to join our Team! Shift hours are from 3pm to 10:30pm - Average 35-45 hours per week You will be work hand in hand with our current shift leaders to create a great leadership team! Duties will include making sure the restaurant is ready for dinner service, managing the development and deployment of the team, delegating tasks, ensuring all team members are performing their duties and coaching where needed, communications with our team and guests, and ensuring a proper close of the restaurant.
