ECU Health Physicians and ECU Health Oncology- Kinston are seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Fellowship trained Hematology Oncologist to join their regional ECU Health Cancer Care Hematology Oncology team. Applicants should have an interest in growing a community based general oncology practice. New graduates and visa candidates are welcome to apply. Highlights include:• Employment by ECU Health Physicians• Growing 9-hospital physician led healthcare system• Established practice of 3 physicians and 3 advanced practice providers• Strong referral base• Monday-Friday schedule• Shared call model• Inpatient and outpatient clinical responsibilities will include: Development of treatment plans for newly diagnosed patients, chemotherapy oversight, supervision of advance practice provider for follow up patients, participation in tumor board, and rounding at local hospital• ECU Health Oncology Kinston Cancer Center includes an infusion suite with 12 infusion spaces, 10 patient exam rooms, a team of experienced nurses and nurse navigators, and radiation oncology services• Coverage includes caring for patients in Kinston, NC as well as a satellite clinic in nearby Richlands, NC• Support from the ECU Health Cancer Center multidisciplinary team in Greenville, NC• Ability to live in nearby Greenville North Carolina• Close proximity to the beautiful beaches of the North Carolina coast• Competitive Compensation and Comprehensive Benefits to include: Administrative Stipend, Relocation, Paid Vacation, Sick, & Holidays, Malpractice/Tail Coverage, 401k matching/457, Medical, Dental, & Vision, Disability & Life Insurance In addition to a competitive compensation and benefits plan, qualified applicants may also be eligible for loan repayment, sign-on bonus, income guarantees, and residency/fellowship paid commitment stipends.
