Make history with us.Primary responsibility for the Associate Finance Manager is to provide support to the Senior Manager of Corporate FP&A, VP of Corporate FP&A, CFO, SVP of Investor Relations and Corporate Controller. Prepares reports, data summaries, and variance analysis to support robust monthly enterprise reporting and projections. Opportunity to lead the enhancement of current processes and the implementation of new reporting tools. Assists broader Corporate FP&A team to establish, maintain and enhance corporate and global processes to improve financial reporting.

Principal AccountabilitiesInternal and External ReportingSupport month-end financial results, analytics and projection reporting; including preparation and finalization of monthly flash reporting, net sales / GM / earnings bridges and materials to support Internal Reconciliation Reviews (IRRs) and Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) for key stakeholders including the Operating Committee (CEO and leadership team)

Support monthly cash flow reporting and projection process including enterprise cash flow, divisional cash flow, working capital and capex projections, tracking of cash conversion cycle and associated metrics, calculation of return on invested capital, peer benchmarking and other associated analyses.

Prepare financial update materials for bi-monthly Board of Director meetings; including P&L's and financial bridges and analytics to represent Campbell financial performance across key P&L line items

Support quarterly disclosure and SEC filings by preparing templates for P&L bridges (i.e. Net Sales, GM, EBIT, EPS, etc.), providing analysis to draft and support selected SEC disclosures, non-GAAP reconciliations and perform MD&A tie-outs.

Prepare supplemental documents to support external disclosures and investor Q&A

Prepare templates supporting key messaging; quarterly earnings release, CFO Investor Update presentation, internal communications, and Employee Forums

Other Corporate Deliverables and Support of Ad Hoc Requirements/Special ProjectsProvide analytical support for CFO, External Reporting, Investor Relations, Corporate Controller as needed

Key player in exploring incremental reporting / 'white space' to continue to enhance Corp FP&A analytics around key financial and operational areas

Implement improvements and drive process efficiency where necessary

Mentoring and development of Finance Analyst, Finance Interns

Job ComplexityAbility to multi-task and handle a large volume of work with strict deadlines, particularly during quarter-end close

Data integrity and attention to detail is foremost

Ability to operate effectively in a cross-functional environment

Proficiency with, or ability to learn and become proficient with, Campbell financial & operational tools including EPM10 and Power BI

Education & ExperienceMinimum education: Bachelor degree in accounting/finance, plus 4 to 6 years related experience

Preferred education: MBA/CPA, plus 5 to 7 years of related experience

Strong experience working with financial systems is a plus; Must have strong skillset in Microsoft Office products, including Excel and PowerPoint

QualificationsAction-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills

Very strong attention to detail and process while also being extremely efficient

Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills; high level of professional maturity and ability to articulate views in a clear and concise manner

High energy and motivated; independent thinker and thought-leader a MUST

for additional information.Compensation and Benefits:The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between$72,900-$117,300

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
