Job Title: Maintenance Scheduler / Administrator IIJob Location: Freeport, TXJob Duration: 12 months
This position is responsible for developing, organizing and dispatching weekly multi-craft maintenance schedules in SAP/CM25. Maintenance Scheduler must coordinate daily with production and maintenance for the scheduling of preventative, predictive and routine maintenance tasks with a focus to streamline plant reliability minimizing production downtime and overdue work.
Primary Responsibilities:
Schedule main craft work orders in RSCH/RTRN user status ensuring compliance of regulatory PM's, minimizing of overdue non-regulatory PM's, safety and break fix work orders.Prepare maintenance schedule for the following work week forecasting out 2 weeks working with supervisor/gatekeeper and production specialists.Facilitate weekly scheduling meetings with operations, maintenance and central service groups locking in next week schedule.Publish following week schedule via (Visual Board)Dispatch following work week Schedule using CM25 and or MRSLead daily deviation meetings with operations and maintenance to determine the status of current day's work and confirmation of next day activities through visual board reviewCoordinate between Maintenance, Operations and Engineering departments to schedule all maintenance work. Manage an atmosphere of open communications to facilitate a more efficient workflow with a minimized impact on plant throughput.Responsible for meeting scheduling KPI's per G-P-ME 450 procedure and working with other business unit schedulers to leverage required resource sharing when workload permits.
Minimum Requirements:
Must have a minimum of three (3) years maintenance scheduling experience using SAP Plant Maintenance basic transaction codes to perform backlog reviews, dispatching work using CM25 and or MRS.Working knowledge of plant equipment (control systems, pumps, piping, heat exchangers, vessels, instrumentation, scaffolding, insulation, painting etc.)Background in maintenance and repair of equipment to effectively schedule daily maintenance department activities.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite primarily Word, Excel, and PowerPoint software
