MGB-16205- RN Operating Room - Boston, MA - 13 Weeks Contract Sigma Healthcare Team is currently looking for an RN OR Onsite at ,Boston MA.Shift: Will be discussion at interviewResponsibilities: Provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization. Implements and monitors patient care plans. Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate. Serves as primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care. Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders. Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with members of the health care team. Qualifications: 2 years of current experience in Emergency Room as an RN Current BLS(AHA only) Required Experience with Telemetry Familiarity with medical software (such as Epic, McKesson, etc.) and equipment Ability to build rapport with patients Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment TNCC strongly preferred.
