Full-time negotiable scheduleOn call 10 days per monthOutpatient Practice Setting50% adult population of patients, 50% geriatric population of patients25% Hematology, 75% Oncology2 Physicians in Practice15-20 Patients Per Day (Outpatient)3-5 Patients Per Day (Hospital)EMR - EPICCredentialing timeframe: 30-60 days - contingent on requested information being returned timelyMust live within a 40-mile radius or be willing to relocateNot accepting Locums submissionsOpen to H-1B and J-1 visa candidatesCompensation and Benefits:
Salary range: BR,000-BR,000 (including all bonuses) depending upon experience. Board Certified/Board Eligible in Hematology -

REQUIREDState experience with procedures (add to "Experience" field): Mgmt. of VAD/CV Catheters, FNA/Biopsy, Chemotherapy - Intrathecal, Chemotherapy - Intracavitary - Intrapleural/Peritoneal, etc. -
REQUIREDState experience with duties (add to "Experience" field): Participation on a Tumor Board, Blood Bank, Orders Tests, Orders Images, Prescribes -
REQUIREDProvider must within a 40-mile radius or be willing to relocate (note in "Additional Submission Details") -
