Associate Manager, Treasury

is responsible for maintaining and communicating the key metrics, reporting and analysis for the Corporate Treasury team including subsidiary health dashboards, capital watchlist, leverage analysis in support of SCJ subsidiaries and repatriation strategies and the development of the quarterly and annual Rating Agency materials. Other job responsibilities will include supporting global cash management and lending, debt capital markets diligence support, assisting with the monthly treasury close and special projects as needed for the Corporate Treasurer, Assistant Treasurer and Director of Treasury.This is an onsite role in Racine, WI.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Maintain Corporate Treasury capital monitoring materialsResponsible for the creation and dissemination of the Subsidiary Health Dashboard and Capital Watch List for senior finance leadership

Refresh subsidiary level analyses for the purposes of reviewing sustainable leverage targets of SCJ businesses

Support internal department stakeholders in support of repatriation and or capital planning strategies

Manage Corplan activities including the cost of capital calculation, subsidiary fiscal year loan limit establishment and forecasting of royalties, charges and interest income and expense for the globe

Refresh ad hoc analysis as needed for M&A, Debt Capital Market (DCM) and other funding activity reviews for department leadership team

Support creation of materials for key internal and external stakeholdersWork with the Director of Treasury to develop and maintain quarterly and annual presentations for the Rating Agencies (S&P and Fitch)

Contribute to regular and ad hoc scenario modeling for for M&A, DCM or other funding activities and/or long-term business planning that impacts SCJ credit rating scenarios

Participate in creation of quarterly treasury materials in support of SCJ board meeting preparation

Support diligence process for any external funding activities with the SCJ bank group including renewal of the Revolving Credit Facility

Contribute to regular monthly treasury activities including cash management, lending and SAP Treasury Management System entriesSupport Treasury cash manager through computation and entry of intercompany loans

Facilitate cash movements to aggregate liquidity in strategic cash pools

Support monthly treasury accounting close

Enter and extract data from TAP system to support regular treasury transaction activity, monthly reporting and analysis

Corporate Treasury Functional Budget - Tracking and Forecasting

Ad Hoc Treasury Project and Analytical SupportPartnership with Treasury, Tax and Accounting functions on projects

Other projects as assigned by VP Corporate Treasurer, Sr. Director Assistant Treasurer and Director of Treausry

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:BA/BS degree, in Finance, Accounting or related field.

Minimum 5+ years' experience in treasury, banking or finance/accounting

Preferred Skills / Experience / Competencies:Master of Business Administration (MBA) or master's Finance preferred

Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or Financial Risk Manager (FRM) designation preferred

Must be self-motivated, passionate about problem solving and accomplished at leveraging analytics to facilitate business decisions

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Detail orientation and accurate in work

Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

Develops effective working relationships, is a team player, drives for results and displays pro-active orientation

Ability to manage multiple projects and strong organizational skills

Experience with SAP environment

Remote work is available once a week for eligible employees

This is role is not eligible for relocation
