Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be a graduate from a National League of Nursing (NLN) accredited program with the ability to perform comprehensive health and physical assessments. This role involves conducting thorough physical examinations, maintaining accurate medical records, and ensuring that all healthcare services are delivered in accordance with the highest standards of care.

Key Responsibilities:Health/Physical Assessments:Perform comprehensive health and physical assessments, including detailed physical examinations, in accordance with licensure and established standards of care.Utilize FOHS forms to ensure consistency and completeness in all assessments.

Medical Record Keeping:Accurately document all assessments, findings, and care plans in medical records, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.Maintain and update Medical Information System (MIS) tracking for each patient, ensuring all data is current and properly recorded.

Patient Care:Provide patient-centered care by addressing patient concerns, explaining assessment findings, and discussing care plans with patients.Follow up with patients as needed, ensuring that they receive appropriate care and guidance based on their health assessments.

Qualifications

Graduation from a National League of Nursing (NLN) accredited school of nursing, with a Diploma, Associate's Degree, or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.Graduate of an NLN Accredited Nurse Practitioner Program.Licensure and Certification:Must hold a current Nurse Practitioner license in good standing.Current CPR/AED certification required.

Skills and Abilities:Proficiency in performing comprehensive health and physical assessments.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain medical information to patients clearly and compassionately.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, ensuring accurate and thorough documentation in medical records.Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team, delivering high-quality care to patients.

Compensation - Min: $50,000/ Max: $70,000

This position is in the proposal stage, we are waiting to be awarded the project.

Pay range is based on several factors and may vary in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits. The final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant's background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with geographical market data.
