Clinical Focus:The Anesthesiologist will supervise a team of 3-4 CRNAs per MD, handling a variety of cases in a busy surgical setting.Responsibilities include conducting pre-operative and post-operative interviews, being present for inductions, and providing assistance as needed during procedures.The role requires consistent communication and support for the CRNA team to ensure optimal patient care.
Patient Demographics and Support:The facility operates 28 ORs and handles a diverse patient population. The program is known for its high acuity and fast-paced nature.The Anesthesiologist will work closely with other medical professionals, including nurses, CRNAs, and surgical staff, to provide comprehensive care.
