Board CertifiedMust have Active FL LicenseAverage Time to Credential: 90 daysTemp/Expedited Privileges: Yes if cleanTypes of Cases: General; CV, Thoracic, General, Ortho, Ortho-spine, OB/Gyn, Urology, Podiatry, ENT, Peds, Cath Lab, EndoscopyMajority of Cases: General; OrthoAverage Monthly Case: 1200Required Procedures: Ultrasound RegionalOB Delivery Average/Month: 225-250Minimum Number of Shifts per month: 15EMR: NoneNo call or weekends unless willing to be in regular call schedule then hours would be more variable. 24-hour call next day off and some shorter weekdays.
