Sub requirements - Cover sheet, resume, primary source, skills checklist. Minimum Qualifications - 3 years of full time clinical nursing experience 2 years of current experience in peritoneal dialysis in an outpatient setting Prior experience in education and training patients in peritoneal dialysis within last 3 years. **On call required - Staff would be expected to take a 12 hour on-call shift every other Sunday and a 3 hour on-call shift following their regular shift
