Position Summary and ResponsibilitiesManually install electronic components and jumper wires according to written directions and/or drawings and/or schematicsCreate soldered connections to applicable quality standardsUtilizes small hand tools for positioning parts to assist in assembly operation, stripping wire, forming leads, etc.
Position QualificationsGood attention to detail and organizational skillKnowledge of component identificationKnowledge of bill of materials, assembly drawings, product specific documentation, work instructions, and other general documentsKnowledge of IPC-610 all classificationsAbility to multi-task and work in fast paced environmentAbility to read and speak English fluentlyStrong interpersonal and organizational skillsStrong verbal/written communicationComputer literacy3 to 5 years experience in circuit board manufacturingIPC-A-610 or J-STD-001 certifications
