Since 1989, we have proudly served the Southern New Hampshire and Northeastern Massachusetts market with our 5 distinctive businesses. We are looking for team members who want to be part of a successful, growth-oriented company that is all about making its' customers raving fans and their team members excited to come to work each day!
Our Home Services Carpenters/Technicians are responsible for performing various handyman services/jobs so candidates should possess a variety of carpentry skills.
For the right candidate, we offer:
A competitive starting base wage ranging from $23.00 - $32.00/hour
(based on experience)Full time, Steady workCompany Profit-sharing401(k), with a 50% company match
(up to 5% of your pay)Potential for project-based bonusesFlextime
(either a 4 or a 5-day work week)Paid time off, including Paid HolidaysHealth insurance with employer contributionDental and other supplemental insurances availableA fun and rewarding workplace experience!Requirements for candidates include:
5-10 Years of related experienceExcellent communication skillsThe ability to lift and kneelYour own basic set of carpentry toolsA valid driver's license and a reliable vehicleWillingness to work both in Northern Massachusetts and Southern New HampshireAbility to work independently within a structured environmentA variety of technical carpentry skills including drywall, painting, tiling, roofing, cabinetry, finish work, light plumbing and electrical.Being comfortable working inside, outside, on ladders and on top of the roofPassing a thorough background checkAnd, most importantly, taking pride in your work!!Blackdog recognizes achievements of our team members and offers opportunities for advancement from within as positions become available.
