Description: Perform a variety of skilled and semi-skilled tasks in the maintenance and preventive maintenance of all bakery equipment. Completes preventive maintenance tasks as assigned by the lead, troubleshoots and repairs as needed.

Willingness to understand standard refrigeration systems, ability to use hand and power tools to perform standard repairs (i.e. filters, motors, fans and belts)Electrical. Ability to assist with maintaining, altering and repairing electrical equipment.Fabricating. Ability to perform welding and soldering as needed in the repair, altering or replacement of equipmentAbility to comprehend technical manuals and schematicsRespond to daily equipment trouble, troubleshoot and repairAdhere to food safety guidelines HACCP and GFSI

Requirements:

Experience in a food manufacturing facility is preferred.Knowledge of Microsoft officeElectrical and 3 phase power knowledge, welding, refrigeration and plumbingMust be able to read and write English proficiently. Bi-lingual Vietnamese or Spanish preferred, but not requiredReliable transportationPhysical Requirements: Standing 90% of shift, walking 75% of shift, repetitive motion (bending, pushing, twisting, hand movements and wrist movements), lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. and pushing and pulling of equipment and tool carts.

Range of Pay: $22.00-$32.00/hour
