Registered Nurse (RN) . In this vital role, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional care for clients, ensuring compliance with KBBH policies, best nursing practices, and all relevant regulations. Your focus will be on medication management, patient assessments, and care coordination, striving for the best outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:Client Support:

Assist psychiatric providers and clinical therapists with various tasks, including note transcription, appointment scheduling, and communication with clients and community partners.Patient Assessment:

Document vital signs, weight, height, and medication side effects; assess patient responses to treatments.Patient Education:

Provide comprehensive education to clients and their families regarding medications and care plans.Care Coordination:

Liaise with primary care providers, medical specialists, and other services to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.Medication Management:

Maintain medication samples and collaborate with pharmaceutical representatives to ensure adequate supplies.Basic Nursing Care:

Provide nursing assessments and care for minor illnesses or injuries, supporting overall health and recovery.Qualifications:Licensure:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oregon.Experience:

Minimum of 2 years in professional nursing, preferably in a mental health or intensive care setting.Competencies:Continuous Learning:
