Bring your passion, be curious, and be ready to CHANGE a lot. Here are the details.Keep a positive WINNING ATTITUDE on good AND challenging daysSystem Fabricators assemble doors and have the ability to maneuver 50-70 lbs repeatedly throughout the day without helpBasic math and measuring skills to ensure accuracy in fabricationAbility to stand, bend, and stretch for extended periods of timeBe able to critically think and communicate effectively one-on-one and with large groupsFlexibility to work in all areas of production and go the extra mile to meet the needs of the builderUnderstand work orders like a wizard, prep components with finesse, and wield tools and machinery with skillAlways maintain a safe and organized workspaceAll other duties as assignedABOUT YOUYou have experience with hand tools, power tools, and understanding of pneumatic systemsYou have the capacity to adapt to changing schedules and demandsYou are lifetime learner and able to retain nice to know AND need to know informationYou have the ability to reason and enjoy solving problemsYour background involves putting customers firstYou have done some great things that may not be listed on your resume but that's what makes you cool!
