Senior Inspector, NICET III/IV
certified with experience on replacement and rehabilitation work for the New Jersey Turnpike Authority as well as projects for the New Jersey Transit.
Responsibilities
Responsible for construction inspection of major infrastructure rehabilitation projectsMonitor and track project schedules and budgetInterface with client/agencies and contractorsCoordinator and track all project plans and drawings
Qualifications
NICET III/IV certified
and experience in construction inspectionsNew Jersey experience a big+, especially with New Jersey Turnpike Authority and New Jersey Transit Bridge and/or Bus FacilitiesACI-CCTC, ACI and TCP certifications requiredWorked with New Jersey Turnpike Authority's Cap-Ex system and with OperationsKnowledge of construction materials, methods and proceduresAbility to maintain field and office records and perform quantity computationsExperience reading and interpreting plans and specificationsStrong written and oral communication skillsCollaborate with multiple team membersPhysical ability and coordination to safely maneuver around construction sites
