located in Mooresville, NC is seeking team members to join our manufacturing team for the Operator, Swiss Screw Machine I opening.Ability to
Operate CNC Swiss Screw MachinesProficient use of micrometers, calipers, various types of gauging, and specialized inspection equipmentMaintain proper materials and lubrication levels for machines to consistently be in high operationStrong aptitude level for learning new parts and processesProficient with preventive maintenance of machinesAbility to operate multiple machines at onceHave a strong mechanical aptitude and ability to diagnose problemsQuality mindsetOperate equipment properly and safelySets up and operates machine by work order, drawings, templates, or layoutsFamiliar with CNC machine/tool offset adjustmentsFollow work instructions and Standard Operating ProceduresUse of small hand toolsCleans/organizes/straightens areas as defined by Lead or Supervisor which may including wiping down the machines, removing trash, sweeping area, scrap bins, skids, boxes and/or other items that result from factory environmentPerforms additional duties and assignments as required
