Responsibilities

Reporting to the Senior Director of Finance with a dotted line to the Regional Vice President of Operations, the Associate Director of Financial Operations will have full financial responsibility for a geography within SCA Health.

The successful candidate is responsible for all financial aspects of a regional portfolio of centers including, but not limited to:Support consistently growing EBITDA initiatives, developing new partnerships, effectively managing expenses, and supporting development process (M&A)Supports and align efforts with the Regional Vice President of Operations to transform the value proposition in regional markets to achieve and sustain competitive advantageSpeaking with authority on behalf of the Regional Vice President of Operations and representing him/her at health system, partnership, or board meetingsIdentifying and supporting opportunities which drive financial growth and operational performanceBuild positive relationships with key health system partners and work closely with them as a business partner

Qualifications

An undergraduate or graduate degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics or related field is requiredA minimum of five years of financial experience is required with healthcare experience being desirableAbility to digest financial information, render judgment, create context, pattern recognitionAbility to meet deadlines and manage conflicting prioritiesVery proficient to expert level using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, PowerPoint), Tableau, EssbaseQualified candidate will be highly analytical, a critical thinker, intellectually curious, and bring financial clarity to all business partnersAbility to collaborate within other support service departments (revenue cycle, legal, supply chain, development, etc.) and with OperationsBuild relationships and collaborate with physician partners, health system partners, and health plan partnersTravel requirements: 25%USD $110,000.00/Yr.
