Maintains the quality assurance (QA) program and process development in the Department of Radiation Oncology. Provides education and training in radiation physics and supports the oversight of radiation safety and data management in Radiation Oncology. Major Responsibilities 1. Collaborates with other senior staff to maintain the Quality Assurance (QA) program to comply with national standards. Monitors and measures the performance of all radiation therapy equipment. Calibrates radiation therapy equipment and performs QA as required. 2. Evaluation and implementation of new technology and techniques.
