Our Columbus, Ohio client has an onsite contract opportunity for a

QA Analyst

who will be a member of an Agile development product team. This individual will work closely with a diverse group of cross-functional partners to deliver digital capabilities and outstanding customer experiences across mobile, online, stores, and 3rd party solutions. This role will support the QA Lead by executing test cases, raising defects, and other activities defined in the test approach for the development sprint. The ideal candidate is an experienced analyst within QA who enjoys working in a collaborative setting with all disciplines and has a passion for testing and creating a great customer experience.

**MUST BE LOCAL TO COLUMBUS**

Responsibilities:

Create, execute test cases and validation procedures established by the QA lead through each sprint cycle and production releasesRaise, document, triage defects uncovered during the sprint for prioritization and mitigationRegularly update the regression test suites following the regression approach led by the test leadPlan, execute production test activities to validate the overall site and checkout flows immediately following a production releaseSetup test inventory/data/order needs in development environmentsParticipate in requirement grooming and 3 amigo sessionsContribute feedback and QA estimation sizing each sprintAssist product team needs/testing during the facilitation of final User Acceptance TestingParticipate in all team scrum activitiesReport overall test prep and execution progress metrics/data to the QA LeadParticipate in activities led by the QA Lead with other product team QA members to unlock dependencies and leverage shared test data, systems, servicesDrive continuous learning and improvement from the testing perspectiveQualifications:

QA eCommerce Digital experienceTransaction order managementTest application and low code solution tool skillsBachelor's degree2+ years holding a QA Analyst Role with a focus on e-commerce, user experience, website testing1 or more years of testing on a team that follows Scrum/Agile methodologiesExperience with setting up and executing test plans supporting integration testing, regression testing, system testing, and user acceptance testingExpertise in mapping test cases to corresponding requirements and building out a requirement matrixExperience with supporting and contributing to test scope identification, test requirements management, test case development, test scheduling, and defect management activitiesAbility to take feedback/guidance as providedAbility to complete key deliverables without supervisor oversightPreferred:

Experience with third-party applications including but not limited to Jira, Confluence, TestRail, or other test management tools (e.g. ALM, Quality Center, TFS, VSTS)Experience working with third-party vendors and testing third party applicationsExperience working with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teamsStrong written and verbal communication skills with IT and Business audiencesQA certs are nice to have
