ECPI University is looking for an energetic, friendly, organized individual to provide exceptional customer service to students and visitors to our campus.
Responsibilities
ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist students and visitors in a friendly, professional mannerPerform a variety of administrative tasks to support the efficient daily operation of our campusPitch in to support student/campus initiatives, events and other campus departments as neededQualifications
Qualifications
Education/Experience
High school diploma required; college degree preferred1-3 years of customer service experience in an office settingSkills/Abilities
Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skillsA team player that is flexible and enjoys helping othersAbility to quickly master new computer applications with strong, accurate data entry skillsAbility to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure at timesPolite and professional phone manner with knowledge of phone systems and call handling proceduresAbility to use MS Word, Excel and Outlook for basic/moderate level functions
