The Corporate Supply Ch ain Department is currently seeking a dynamic and talented

Contract Analyst.

The

Contract Analyst

provides support for contracting and sourcing initiatives across multiple categories including supply and purchased services. Manages Category spend of approximately $75 Million Dollars for acute care hospitals, behavioral health hospitals, and physician practice offices. Performs all data collection tasks and analysis related to initiatives. Performs contract management functions including routing contracts for review/approval in contract management system, loading contracts in repository, and overall document management. Participates in contract reviews ensuring that the terms and conditions are in compliance with UHS Legal and various Corporate Departments. Prepares RFP development and analysis with oversight. Attends vendor meetings as required.

Key Responsibilities include:

Coordinates and implements tasks that relate to complex projects including overall management of documentation, facilitating meetings, following up on information, etc.Obtains necessary data points and performs analytics in support of contract initiativesPerforms contract management functions including loading contracts in Contract Management System and archiving of documentationReviews the terms and conditions of local facility contracts to ensure compliance with UHS Legal specifications. Coordinates the review and routing of contracts per established proceduresQualifications

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree required.

3+ years of contract analysis related experience requiredCustomer service orientedProficient in PowerPoint, Word, and ExcelKnowledge of project managementAn understanding of contract terms and conditions.Excellent written, communication, and analytical skillsAbility to multi-task and handle a high volume of work with deadlinesTravel Requirements: 5% US travelThis opportunity provides the following:
