It is our mission to continue providing reliable, customer-centric homeowners insurance and paying claims in a timely manner when our customers suffer a loss and to do so with Integrity.Learn more about American Integrity Insurance and our job opportunities at https://careers.americanintegrityinsurance.com.This Job:Title : Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) ManagerYou'll Report to : ControllerThe FP&A Manager will be responsible for assisting with the planning and execution of the Companys FP&A function, including consolidation of annual budgets, conducting financial forecasts, preparing various analyses and assisting with the creation of financial packages for the senior management and the Board of Directors. The position will report to the Controller and play a key role in monitoring company financial performance and explaining key business drivers to stakeholders.What Youll Do:Assist with preparation of and review of monthly financial packages for senior management, with more comprehensive quarterly financial packages.Assist with the preparation of presentations to the Board of DirectorsAssist in planning preparation and analysis of consolidated budgets and reforecast for entire Income Statement and Balance Sheet for multiple Insurance Companies and Operating Companies.Ensure accuracy and integrity of the department and consolidated results compared to actuals through analytical reviews and discussion with business partners.Prepare ad hoc requests for senior management.Assist with special projects, as needed.

What Youll Need to be a Top Candidate:Education:

Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Business, or other related field from a four-year institution required.Experience:

2 to 5 years in an FP&A role. The ideal candidate will have background or familiarity in property insurance, but this is not required.Skills & Knowledge:Advanced Excel skills required.Outlook, Word, PPT or other presentation tool.Ability to drive process improvements and develop analytical/reporting toolsExperience with actual business functions of a companyAnalytical and modeling experience. SQL querying skills preferred, but not required.Solid organizational skills and ability to balance multiple prioritiesExcellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise mannerAbility to collaborate effectively within team as well as work cross-functionally throughout the organization to obtain information and financial data for analysis.Ability to problem solve and work independently.

Your Environment:Working Conditions : Normal business office environment. Must be able to remain in a stationary position for periods of time while constantly operating a computer and or other office productivity machinery such as a calculator or telephone. The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery or communicate with coworkers.Hours and Location:
