Document Control Coordinator at HomeSafe Alliance in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Title: Document Control Coordinator HomeSafe Alliance is the single global household goods movement manager of over 300,000 Military Household Goods moves per year for USTRANSCOM and the U.S. Armed Forces, Department of Defense civilians, U.S. Coast Guard, and their families. HomeSafe Alliance is seeking highly skilled and motivated Document Control Coordinator to ensure that organizational documents are prepared, maintained, distributed, updated, and stored according to HomeSafe's document management standards. This is an SCA position . Position Description/Job Responsibilities + Accountable for the implementation of existing document control specifications. + Assist all departments with digitally maintaining files. + Support information management work processes. + Use of judgement and initiative within guidelines of well-defined scope. + Support shipment approval process, weight discrepancies/escalations, and documentation for service providers. + Interface on a routine basis with a variety of stakeholders providing support/responding to questions. Qualifications: + High School diploma or GED or equivalent + 1+ years of experience, with military move experience preferred. + Knowledge of document management procedures and standards + Good verbal and written communication skills + Highly organized and detailed-oriented + Proficient with Microsoft Office + Organized work habits and the ability to multi-task required. + Effective interpersonal skills (ability to relate to all levels of the organization) with a positive, customer service-oriented attitude. Note : This position is fully remote / work from home. HomeSafe will supply appropriate equipment, employee provided high speed internet is required.
