Duties:

Process invoicesCode invoicesEnter and upload invoices into systemTrack delivery ticketsPrepare time sheets for weekly payrollSubmit all time to payroll departmentEnter daily reportsGeneral office duties; including filing, answering phonesClerical duties for the QC departmentVarious duties as requested by managementRequirements:

Minimum of three (3) years AP experience, a plusCost coding experience, to include job costingStrong computer skills requiredKnowledge of accounts payablePrior construction office experience a plus
