Trillium Staffing has a CNC Machinist position available in the Chelsea, Michigan area working at our client location who is an established growing manufacturer.
Direct hire opportunity, pay rate $19-$20.90 per hour based on experience. Afternoon shift available. 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Duties for the CNC Machinist include:-Producing machined parts by setting up and operating a CNC machine-Maintain quality and safety standards-Keep records and maintain equipment and supplies-Tool offsets and feed editing

Requirements for the CNC Machinist position:-Minimum of 3 years of experience with CNC machining-Must be able to read blueprints and build quality components from prints, to work to required hour tolerances and a set standard of quality promptly-Have a high degree of knowledge on machines such as surface grinder, vertical and horizontal mills, CNC lathe and mills.Demonstrate proficiency with G&M codes, tool offsets, speed and feed editing.-Must be able to interpret blueprints in metric or inch-Detailed oriented, strong commitment to quality and accuracy-3-4 axis machining-Knowledge of Fanuc Controls (HAAS)-Experience cutting tool steel and aluminum
