Job Description & Requirements Electrophysiology Cardiology Physician StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8;On Call Pay Rate: $2849.97 - $2849.95 This facility is seeking an Electrophysiology Cardiology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details & requirements for this opportunity: Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p, On Call 10 Shifts a month, 6 month commitment Job Setting: Acute Care Hospital Types of Cases:Inpatient consults/cases. Average daily census 12 patients with 1-3 cases/day. Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days Active Ohio State License required Must have 1 year experience Must be board certified in electrophysiology cardiology Must have Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications Drug Enforcement Administration DEA Controlled Substance Registration CSR Facility Location Known as the birthplace of aviation, Dayton is a city with deep roots in American history and culture.
