Spark Orthodontics has an immediate opening for an Administrative AssistantOur busy practice is seeking a friendly, outgoing, and a detail oriented individual with the desire to provide excellent service to our patients. As part of our team, it is essential that you have a positive attitude, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and convey a professional image.If you're a motivated and enthusiastic individual who's ready to join our winning team, look no further!Pay: $16 - 18 / hourSchedule: Monday-Thursday from 7:45AM-5:30PM 1-2 Fridays per month from 7:45AM-2:00 PMLocation: Harrisburg PAResponsibilities:Answer the phones and greet visitors in a timely manner.Gather information that is relevant to the callers and respond appropriately.Schedule patients as needed.Create new patient experience (office tour, gifting, etc)Check insurance eligibility and benefits.Travel to other locations as assigned.Clean and stock restrooms, coffee area, toothbrushing station, reception area, all other patientareas near the Front Desk, etc.
