Financial Analyst Lead

to provide support to PMS 377.Responsibilities:Serve as the Financial Task Lead, supporting a major Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Program.Provide direct support to the Lead Business Financial Manager (BFM/PAPM).Manage a team of analysts that interface with HQ personnel, field activities, and contractors to collect, analyze and develop the Fiscal Year budget plan for execution of a multi-million dollar annual budget.Develop what-if scenarios and provide recommendations to meet budget requirements.Maintain, plan, and provide recommended changes as the program deviates through the fiscal year.Manage a team responsible for executing funding, tracking/reporting performance, ensuring benchmarks are met or variances explained resulting from changes to cost/schedule/performance.Provide subject matter expertise and DOD financial management recommendations on Program, Personnel and Budget matters to the Lead BFM, as required.Gather current and out-year OMN, OPN, RDT&EN and SCN financial requirements; compile budget requirements and justifications; support all phases of the DoD Planning Programming Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) process including the development of Program Objective Memorandum (POM)/PR briefs and issue papers, budget submissions and justification.Compile information in response to data calls and preparation of financial presentations in support of Program BFM.Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree.10 years of professional experience working with the PPBE process is highly desirable.Must be a United States citizen.Must possess an active DOD Secret security clearance.Proficiency using the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Outstanding verbal and written communications skills.Ability to perform frequent internal and external customer interface including regularly scheduled and ad hoc meetings.Ability to travel reasonable distances (up to mile one way) to meet with customers or other company personnel in the execution of job functions.Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds in order to carry a laptop, notebooks, papers, binders and other tools and equipment required in the execution of job functions.Salary$120K - $160KBenefitsTMB currently offers the following employee benefits:Health, Dental, and Vision InsuranceFlexible Spending Accounts for Medical, Dependent Care, Qualified Transportation Expense, and Non-Employer Sponsored PlansLife and AD&D InsuranceShort- and Long-Term Disability coveragePaid HolidaysPaid Time Off (PTO)Several defined contribution retirement plans including a 401(K) and Employee Stock Ownership (ESOP) Plan
