Platform Accounting Group is a rapidly growing professional services firm providing tax, accounting, assurance, IT consulting, and wealth management services to small and medium sized businesses and their owners. We currently have 28 offices in 11 States with much more growth on the horizon. What you will do:
Serve as the firm's leader and managerBecome the primary point of contact for the firm's existing client baseServe as the primary point of contact and relationship manager for new clientsWork with the firm's executive team to develop and execute the firm's growth initiatives, product and services offering and operational strategiesReview individual, corporate, partnership and trust tax returns; assign work and oversee operationsOversee the firm's consulting and advisory efforts in the regionLead and manage staff in areas of research, training, and performanceWhat we look for:
8 - 15 years of progressive experience preparing and reviewing individual, corporate, partnership and estate tax returnsBachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferredCPA, JD, LLM or EA requiredDirect experience managing staff and client relationshipsExcellent communication and attention management skillsProprietor mentality and work ethicEntrepreneurial minded with an interest in strategy and operationsWhat we offer:
