OverviewKORT is Kentucky's premier provider of outpatient physical and occupational therapy specializing in orthopedics, sports and industrial medicine. Since 1987, KORT has provided clinical and customer service excellence to patients in our clinics, at employer sites, and with high school, college, and professional sports teams.
Compensation starting at $68,000 annual base, $4200 annually student debt relief program, and potential for $10,000 sign on bonus!
Additional staff and clinical development bonuses once hired.

Responsibilities
Implements, with minimal supervision, high quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principals and practices of physical therapy and with Select Medical policies and procedures.
Develops treatment plans, supervises assistants and aides, contributes to case management, and provides quality patient care.
Maintains positive level of interaction with facilities and clients. Enhances and expands client relations with facilities and their staff.
In states where permitted: document in charts using accepted medical terminology and format.
QualificationsMinimum Qualification:
This position requires a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an APTA accredited university
Professional Licensure in the State of Kentucky
Outpatient clinical rotation in lieu of outpatient experience if current student
Outpatient experience within the last 3 years if practicing clinician
CPR certification is mandatory
