So, even if you feel that youre close but not an exact match, we encourage you to apply.How you'll make an impact :We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst on our Gallagher Bassett Team!This is an exciting new role and will be responsible for working on a variety of financial processes in this division.This will include:Examining and comprehending the billing processes and devising fresh approaches to optimize the workflow and suggesting enhancementsResearching and analyzing current processes and procedures from acquired businesses to fully integrate and merge those processes into Gallaghers business methodsAnalyzing data and creating new methods to transition data into new financial processes or systemsComprehensive reportingVarious system navigation: understanding, navigating, importing, exporting, etc.Developing Standard Operating ProceduresExtensive internal communication with strategic business partners

About you :Required:Bachelor's degree and 4 years related experience requiredStrong excel and financial management software skills are essential
