As an Audio/Visual Technician, you will take the lead in installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining complex audio/visual systems, ensuring top-notch quality and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess significant technical expertise in A/V system integration, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a dedication to delivering outstanding service. 1. Work as the lead tech to complete necessary tasks as directed.2. Task includerack assembly, equipment placement, equipment mounting, wire terminations3. Read and interpret prints4. Cable installation and proper termination (including testing)5. Work in an organized and clean manner6. Work efficiently and within allotted budget7. Provide proper feedback to the installation manager and PM8. General knowledge of construction and of the AV industry9. Lead mid-sized projects with limited direction from others10. Assist in the development of a project plan and implement it11. Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers12. Submission of properly formatted and detailed daily reports13. Attain basic DSP configuration knowledge ability to do basic configuration14. Attain basic control system knowledge ability to do basic updates and changes15. Ability to train and communicate with the customer on proper use of the system16. Ability to lead larger projects to success17. Develop trouble shooting ability and diagnostics18. Attain CTS-I 19. Complete assigned training courses. 20. Work in a team environment with respect to others.21. Approach each day with a positive attitude and the willingness to learn from your task 22. Work with and train junior and level 1, and 2 techs. 23. Required Skills & ExperienceLevel 3: * 3-5 years of experience * Experience with cable installation and proper termination (including testing) * Have general knowledge of construction and of the AV industry * Attain basic DSP configuration knowledge ability to do basic configuration * Attain a CTS-I * Extron AV Associate Certification * Extron Control Associate * Crestron DMC-E Level 4 * 5+ years of experience * CTS-I required * Experience with cable installation and proper termination (including testing) * Have general knowledge of construction and of the AV industry * Attain basic DSP configuration knowledge ability to do basic configuration * Biamp TesiraForte Web Certification * Extron XTP Certification Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
