Financial Analyst

Dynamis Inc. is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Financial Analyst with an active TS/SCI (ability to pass a poly) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis, audit remediation and operational sustainment support within the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency.
Responsibilities:
Executing the day-to-day accounting and audit activities of the engagement and conducting fieldwork daily.Gathering audit related data.Applying innovative methodologies that support an audit.Perform federal financial reporting, general ledger analysis, and serve as an audit liaison.Assist with the remediation of any identified issues during the audit process.Identify and implement financial process improvements through automation.Document and test internal controls over financial reporting or improper payments in accordance with FMFIA, PIIA, and OMB Circular A-123.Determine the value of capital assets.Provide financial analysis and support to management and stakeholders.Monitor and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for growth.Federal Financial Reporting.Requirements:
U.S. Citizenship required.Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or other related field required.Active TS/SCI with ability to pass a Polygraph required.Minimum of 6 years of accounting and auditing experience or financial management.Experience working on financial statement audits.Experience working with Federal Government and/or DoD clients preferred.CPA, CIA, CFE, CGFM, or CDFM Certification is a plus.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Must be a self-starter, self-motivated, and results oriented.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis software.Experience with financial modeling and forecasting.
